Towards an Open Heart – Kundalini Workshop
The heart chakra, Anahata means “unstruck” in Sanskrit. It is a sound, that is unstuck, without beginning and ending, and it defines unconditional love and compassion for oneself and others.
When we have an open heart we allow love and joy into our lives and are open to new experiences, ideas, and inspirations. To live from your heart also means facing your vulnerability, your fears, and your pain. Sometimes it feels safer to remain behind the walls that we built around us for protection. But eventually, these walls will define us and limit us in our growth. Love is a risk, and we have to face the challenges to maintain an open heart throughout the difficult times in our lives. Often enough, we will have to let go of things that we hold dear.
This is a transformative Kundalini workshop about love and joy and an inspiration to work towards an open heart. We will be working with a dynamic kriya (sequence of postures) for the heart and circulatory system, and explore the energies of the heart chakra through pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound current) and meditation in order to release attachments and emotions of the past.
