  1. Leave your phone downstairs when you go to bed. Use an alarm clock!
  2. Use the one-minute meditation technique to learn how to tune out for a moment
  3. Leave the car at home and take a walk or bus. (Keep that phone in your pocket).
  4. Simply lie with your legs up the wall with a pillow under your bum and cover your eyes.
