Warrior Flows Workshop with Susie Murray

This 2-hour workshop will journey you through a path of warrior flows. Delve into Sun Salutations and standing postures with grace and ease to explore your fullest potential through asana.


We aim to deepen our understanding and appreciation of the archetype of the peaceful warrior. Both fascinating and inspiring the yogi warrior displays ideals of peace, wisdom and strength. On a physical level, this practice will teach you to flow and move with conviction and our Vinyasa inspired practice will challenge you with strong dynamic new sequences.

Expect a mix of multidirectional flows embracing your inner power and confidence in navigating the flow of a warrior. Develop balance through concentration as we refine our movements to create effortless glide in transitions. We will build on our relationship with breath and body and create a deep awareness to the inner power we already possess and draw it out into our being.

This workshop will also incorporate a long deep practice of meditation and relaxation to bring you back to your centre and refocus your mind. You do not need to be strong or flexible to participate in this workshop. We will show you carefully how to get there and show you modifications when necessary.
