The effects of a yang lifestyle, constant busyness and bombardment of media, can leave us feeling drained physically and mentally. Our nervous system is flooded and overloaded without time to wind down and chill out. When we’ve eased this tension we can feel our feelings, think more clearly and access energy more readily in the body. This workshop affords participants time to wind down and ease tensions in the body and mind. The practice will also equip participants with tools they can use away from the mat to help manage the stresses of daily life.
