Yin Yang Workshop with Eimear Beardmore

In this workshop, we begin with a Yin practice. Poses are held for minutes at a time to target the deeper layers of connective tissue while simultaneously promoting and maintaining mobility. Yin is a wonderful addition to other yang styles of yoga.

Following the yin, we move into a yang practice, implementing elements of yin within yang for a balancing practice for mind and body. The workshop concludes with an extended yoga Nidra.
