What Is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a practice that targets the ‘yin’ tissues of the body encouraging deep release and unwinding of tension. Poses are held for minutes at a time to target the deeper layers of connective tissue while simultaneously promoting and maintaining mobility. This workshop will apply Yin to the maintenance of a healthy back and spine.
