Yoga For Cyclists
Calling all cyclists who wish to release their tired legs and tense upper backs and build strength in their wrists and elbows to keep repetitive injuries at bay.
In this two hour workshop, we will work to create balance in your body by looking at proper alignment as a means to prevent injuries. In a flow setting, we will work on lengthening calves, hamstrings and hips (to release the tight buttocks ;0 ) and create mobility in your ankles. You will then be led through a series of back-bends to open your chest and strengthen your back. All this as a flow accompanied by breath awareness throughout. And finished off with a well- deserved conscious relaxation in Savasana.
