Mum and Baby Yoga

The elbowroom offers a range of Yoga classes for new mums with the added benefit of being able to bring your baby to the centre. Yes, we are child friendly!

Bring your baby along to a fun Yoga class and meet other mums. This class will focus on restoring your shape and physical well-being after child birth.

Emotionally massage will provide your baby with a sense of well-being and security and can communicate the love you feel for your child. Once you start to massage your baby you will begin to understand how important the sense of touch is to both you and your baby.
